Wow, where to start? David Crosby Estate Agents are just the best. From the initial meeting, they have been honest, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, approachable… I could go on… they offered a service that could not be matched by any other local Estate Agent, the marketing of my home was meticulous and the technology used was very cutting edge. Once the property was sold the process was handed to Natasha who worked hard to keep the momentum of the sale going and kept me informed every step of the way. Her dedication to ensuring a smooth transaction was above and beyond, providing advice and support throughout. The service provided by Natasha, David and the others was outstanding.

They were amazingly efficient in ensuring that the sale of our property went as smoothly as possible. They guided us in our decision about which of the many offers we should accept, chased up everyone involved including solicitors, lenders and the purchasers and in the last few weeks before completion, they arranged a survey that had suddenly become necessary.

Although they were not officially involved in the purchase of our new property, their input in that transaction was invaluable and they even assisted on the day of the move to the new property when our sale was not yet finalised.

Natasha Cosby dealt with our house purchase in Farthingstone and I am delighted to say that she was an absolute star.
