Planning & Building Control Approval Secured
David Cosby Chartered Surveyors are delighted to have recently obtained Planning and Building Control Approval for extending this charming period property in Northamptonshire.
Overcoming complications due to site constraints and fire escape issues, our final design provides new habitable accommodation within the former loft space.
A three storey side extension has also been designed to the side of the property to facilitate access to the converted loft space. This extension provides further accommodation with a ground floor utility/lobby area, first floor bedroom, and second floor storage space.

With our input in the project having now come to a close, we eagerly awaiting seeing the building works progress and hope to be able to post further images when the extensions are completed.
