Stamp Duty Land Tax Announcement – 8th July 2020
Chancellor Rishi Sunak has announced a temporary Stamp Duty Land Tax holiday on the first £500,000 of all property sales in England and Wales. The changes have come in with immediate effect and last until 31 March next year.
