Creating the best first impression of your home is essential in order to achieve a quick sale. Our professional photography is captured using the highest quality professional grade cameras, lenses and flashes. We do not use fish-eye lenses to give a false impression; however, we will spend time preparing and improving the RAW image data in professional software to ensure that your home is presented in its best light with images that will induce a ‘show-home’ appeal.
Floor Plans
Our in-house surveyors are experienced CAD operatives and we draft all our own floor plans. This enables us to ensure a higher degree of accuracy than the typical estate agent floor plan. We also provide a level of detail that enables potential purchasers to understand the space and amenities within your home. We obtain our measurements for the floor plans using the latest laser scanners which helps to ensure quick, safe, and accurate collection of data.
3D Virtual Tours (Matterport)
As standard on all of our properties, David Cosby Estate Agents provide 3D Virtual Matterport Tours. This is a wonderful visual tool that creates 'an always-open house' allowing potential purchasers a high fidelity tour of your property that will be perfectly staged 100% of the time. It even enables the viewer to take dimensions - critical for planning their new furniture layouts!
In House Complaints Procedure
We are committed to providing a professional service to all our clients and customers. When something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to improve our standards. We have chosen The Property Ombudsman, (TPO) as our consumer redress scheme. As part of our membership obligations, we must maintain and operate an internal complaints procedure. A copy of this procedure can be obtained by clicking on the link above. The procedure sets out in writing the timescales which are outlined in the TPO Code of Practice as well as the TPO contact details and states that there is a 12 month timescale for complaints be made to the Property Ombudsman.
