As a regulated firm, David Cosby Limited is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Client Money Protection Scheme, which is an approved scheme under the Client Money Protection Schemes for Property Agents (Approval and Designation) Regulations 2018.

All client money received in connection with our lettings and property management activities is held in a designated client account and protected in accordance with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors client money handling rules.
