The service provided by Natasha, David and the others was outstanding.

They were amazingly efficient in ensuring that the sale of our property went as smoothly as possible. They guided us in our decision about which of the many offers we should accept, chased up everyone involved including solicitors, lenders and the purchasers and in the last few weeks before completion, they arranged a survey that had suddenly become necessary.

Although they were not officially involved in the purchase of our new property, their input in that transaction was invaluable and they even assisted on the day of the move to the new property when our sale was not yet finalised.

Natasha was extremely professional and proactive throughout the whole process. She went far beyond what I was expecting and had experienced with other agents previously. Nothing was ever too much for the team to do.

I used them both for surveying and marketing my property and I was impressed with the knowledge, dedication and time they were able to offer. I highly recommend them and will certainly be using their services again.
